Learn How to Embroider

Saturday 6th June, 10.30am until 1.30pm

Join Rachel for some fun and relaxing embroidery. During this 3 hour beginner workshop you will learn up to 5 embroidery stitches to make your choice of any of our hand designed embroidery patterns.

The workshop includes high quality DMC threads, your choice of one of our patterns printed which are hand designed and pre-printed on organic cotton together with a wooden 6 inch embroidery hoop. Before you stitch your pattern you will first practice and learn all of the stitches on a separate piece of cotton also provided at the workshop. Also included in the price of your ticket is access to the peaceful Japanese Gardens.

The Cowden Japanese Garden is a most beautiful place to spend a day in, enjoy a peaceful walk around the gardens after your workshop. There is also a cafe on site serving delicious lunches or cakes!
